IFR - information on SAS.

This form is meant for the Delegates and especially the Breedwardens of the IFR-memberclubs and/or those responsible for breeding matters of the concerned clubs.

This information will allow us to make an inventory of national awareness and information about SUBAORTIC STENOSIS.

It is meant not only to prepare the next seminars and Meeting of Delegates but especially to improve the compliance of existing regulations to the IFR-Constitution and to help achieving its goals.

We would therefore appreciate a quick and complete answer to this questionnaire.
